Natures Embrace will provide a free shipping kit that will come with easy instructions on how to pack and ship your pets' ashes to us. In Southern Arizona, we offer the option for a Natures Embrace representative to take possession of the pets' ashes at your home or at the pet hospital if available.

Once we receive your beloved pets' ashes, we immediately notify the pet parent via text and or email with confirmation of possession and details of date the ceremony will take place. If needed, we are more than happy to provide further guidance along the way.
